If you book a venue or are a Folk DJ, we invite you to present an artist you think our community would love on Thursday night Nov. 6, 2025 in the Main Ballroom. If you already know of an artist you would like to showcase, please fill in that name. If not, we will share a list of artists already attending.  The artist you choose cannot be in the 2025 Formal Showcases. They should be “new” to the community, meaning they have only released one or two albums, never had a Formal Showcase before, and are not well known in our area.

Filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot in the showcase.
