How can I book my hotel and get the reduced group rate at the Holiday Inn by the Bay?


What are my dining options while at the conference?

NERFA is excited to reintroduce group meal options that are available to order through the registration link. We will have a new dining structure for conference attendees, offering flexibility and personal choice. This year, we’re partnering with adjoining restaurants to provide fixed menu pricing for group meals, ensuring everyone can enjoy meals that suit their individual needs.

On-site dining options include the Gastropub and Pizzeria, while a list of nearby establishments can be found here. We’ll update this list with new restaurants and potential discounts as the conference date approaches.

Where can I park my vehicle during the conference?

The Holiday Inn By The Bay offers parking for guests for a fee. We will update this space with other options ASAP.

NERFA holds no responsibility for any property lost, damaged, or stolen related to on-site or off-site parking.

Registered Service Animals

Registered service animals are the only animals allowed on the premise for NERFA 2024 Conference attendees.

Cancellation

General Cancellation Policy

All NERFA 2024 registration cancellation requests received by September 1, 2024 will be in full. Refund requests submitted after that will go towards a NERFA 2025 registration credit. Registration cancellations post November 1 will not be processed until December 2024.
