How can I book my hotel and get the reduced group rate at the Holiday Inn by the Bay?
What are my dining options while at the conference?
NERFA is excited to reintroduce group meal options that are available to order through the registration link. Portland is also a city rich with marvelous culinary options and there are a multitude of options within walking distance of the hotel.
Where can I park my vehicle during the conference?
After checking in, overnight guests park under the hotel at a cost of $15/night. This will be automatically charged to your room.
Day guests park in the garage directly adjacent to the building. The rate is $10/day.
If the hotel garage is full, the next closest is located across the street.

General Cancellation Policy
All NERFA registration cancellation requests received by September 1 will be in full. Refund requests submitted after that will go towards next year’s NERFA registration credit. Registration cancellations post November 1 are not eligible for cancellation credit.
